PRICE OVERVIEW


Prices can range from approximately $300.00 and upwards depending on the structure, included content, and additional features such as making an on site visit to your organization to take photographs to be included on your site. The below prices are average, initial prices broken down into 5 categories of typical web page development. A formal price can be determined after the initial consultation with the customer. 


1. Initial Overall Site Architecture: $100.00
This includes the entire site layout, structure and navigation design including the linking of sub web pages within the website.

2. Pages: $25.00
This includes adding the text and graphics, formatting the content and other work associated with the sub web pages. Most content can be provided by the customer via email or off of an existing website. This fee is charged PER page within the website.

3. Forms: $35.00
This includes the design of any type of office or administrative forms which than can be used as downloadable links, online forms and can be formatted to an MS Office or PDF document. To include any existing document you may have to be downloaded from your website cost $5.00.

4. Images: $10.00
This includes any type of photograph added to your website. The cost is associated with formatting and preparing the image for suitable viewing on the internet.

5. Photography: $75.00
This cost is for the first hour of onsite photography. After the first hour a fee of $25.00 per hour will be charged. This price is charged for photographs to be included for your website.

OTHER PRICE OVERVIEW


Photo Gallery
Website photo galleries can be made in HTML or FLASH format for your website. This price is not listed due to extent of the work that may be involved and the complexity of the gallery. A quote will determined after the concept of the banner is designed with the help of the customer.
 Most galleries will cost at least $25.00 each and up depending on the work required.


Banner Design
This price is not listed due to extent of the work that may be involved and the complexity of the banner. A quote will determined after the concept of the banner is designed with the help of the customer.


Updating Services
If a customer chooses they may update their site on their own or through another services or person, otherwise we charge $25.00 per hour for updating web sites regardless of the involved content. The hourly fee will be broken down into half hours if the updating takes less than or more than I hour. ($12.50 per half hour)


Generally, a person not familiar or experienced in designing websites can inadvertently change the format or appearance of the website by updating it themselves. We suggest that either you allow us to update your website, or you may send your own employees to training on using website design programs (usually 8-12 hours of training involved).


Hosting
We do not host web sites at MRWSD. Hosting is where your web site is stored and published onto the internet via a server. Prices can range anywhere from $6.95 per month up to several hundred dollars per month.

 
The businesses that host web sites will charge your monthly fee to a credit card. Due to the extensive record/billing responsibilities this creates, we leave that responsibility up to the customer. When your site is designed we will give you suggestions on the type of account that you will need for your site.
Typically hosting sites will offer you a reasonable fee for hosting your site in addition to components such as email accounts for your account. Links to several hosting sites can be found by simply typing into any search engine "Web Hosting" or we can recommend a company for you.


Domain Name Registration
We do not register domain names at MRWSD. Most hosting services will include in your account, the registration of your domain name (www.yourwebsite.com).The businesses that register your domain name will charge your yearly fee to a credit card. Due to the extensive record/billing responsibilities this creates, we leave that responsibility up to the customer.

PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHY SERVICES

Onsite Photography: $ 1 50.00 - $250.00 per/event

Why is the website price only $75.00 hr. and this price is different?

Like most professional photographers, we charge a flat "event" fee for the day or time spent at the shoot. Than we charge a usage fee which is charged for each photograph that is used by the customer. The reason for the usage fee is that each photograph taken, the customer picks out of all the photos taken, which one they would like to use. They may use 1, 2 or all of them. Most usage fees cost $35.00 and up per photo or image.

Please be advised that all photos taken by use are protected under the Federal Copyright Law which determines that the "artist" that took the photo is the outright owner unless they agree to turn over the rights to the customer. Please read below.

The U.S. Constitution and the Federal Copyright Act give "copyright" protection to "authors" for their "original works," such as photographs. Among the protections that copyright owners have are the exclusive rights to:

● Make copies of the work
● Prepare other works based on the original
● Distribute copies of the work to the public by sales, rental, lease, or lending
● To publicly perform and display the work.
● These rights are protected by laws which provide for damages and criminal penalties for violations.
● Both the customer and the lab are subject to the law.
